PostSubject: stem/handlebar set up   Thu Apr 23, 2009 9:24 pm

mga sir tanong ko lang kung ano ang proper way na mag set up ng handlebar, tama ba ung sobrang tilted forward or not so much, I think it is all about rider preference and practice pero kung meron pwedeng mag share ng secrets to make our lives easier to get the moves wired that would be very much apreciated. anyway eto pics ng hbar ko let me know if it is too forward or what. TIA

GIANT worshipper hehehe

Try mo mag rear wheel hop, pag medyo alangan adjust mo until you get the right angle.

When I was practicing gap, I adjusted the right lever a little upward, it made me comfortable. I never made the gap though. But I've discovered the thing called "feel" I'm more comfortable on the rear now and won't tire that much. As long as it's comfy on your wrist, whether it's a bit upward or a bit downward, or whichever position you're in like trackstanding, rear wheel hopping or doing a pedal up or a gap. Just look for the "feel" thing bro.

@pat heheeh aagawan mo pa ung anak ko hehe, pero kung type mo ung borloloy sa handlebars let me know, palitan mo na lang ng "trialtech" na bars lol! Joke time!!

@nikkocholo yup I am still experimenting , mamya mag ride ako dadala ko ng allen hehe kung san ok at more efficient and comfy dun ko i set ung levers/hbars.

thanks sa mga responses and advice now I need to ride Smile
