mga fafas i-share ko lang:

one week nako mahigit hardcore vegan...
kaya naman pala basta may tokwa lang paminsan minsan...

kapag tinatamad magluto toyo at kamatis katalo na...

sa mall french fries at kanin at ketchup solb na...

buti nalang sinuportahan ako ng misis ko dito medyo iba pala ang pakiramdam kapag alam mong walang pinatay na hayop doon sa kinakain mo hehehe...


kaya lang minsan nag iinit ang ulo ko ang bilis ko magutom siguro withdrawal syndrome ng karne yun hehehe...

subukan ko hanggang kaya ko tignan ko ang improvement sa katawan ko kung meron post ko agad dito...

thanks ulit sa lahat...

nice Joolz..bro ang effect ng init ng ulo e gutom..karamihan ng nagka-crash diet e, mainitin ang ulo kasi gutom...basta keep your meals, lafang lang kung lafang...congrats sa pagiging vegan mo..

Hindi brad kulang lang intake mo ng tamang sustansya. Kung mag malling kayo hanapin nyo SM na may Bodhi, huwag kang magtyaga sa french fries pre, carbs, carbs at fats (the bad kind) ang kinain mo kailangan mo ng protien lalo na nag ta trials ka. Explossive exercise yun dapat kaya ng nutrition mo yun.

Ang problema lang dyan madami malamang msg ang Bodhi.

Ako aim ko may all veggies day ako pero hindi ko ilalaglag ang meat hehe.

Pinakamaganda Joolz iwasan kumain sa mga fast food resto...piliin mo yung mga resto na mura pero marami kang food choices...

Ako din kailangan may veggie pero kain pa din ng chicken

uuy tzard thanks pero parang nkakatamad yan hehehe...

tignan ko muna kung hanggang saan ko kaya ito ginagawa kong ito... these days i consume mga 4 cups ng rice a day... pero next week simulan ko 1-2 cups nalang sa umaga ang rice kasi gusto ko ng weight loss...

try ko rin alisin na ang softdrinks kaya lang mukhang malabo ito lalo na kapag nasa kalye na nakabike ka kasi mas mura pa ang 1 bote ng pop kesa sa mineral water...

mahirap naman bumili ng ice tubig jan sa kanto wehehehe mahirap na better safe than sorry...

nagpustahan kami ng mga opismates ko magtitimbang kami bukas sabay lagay ng tig 500.00 sa pot money namen... kung sino ang pinaka mababa ang timbang sa napag usapang petsa ang magkakamit ng pot money namen hahahaha ayus na motivation sa pag diet iniisip ko pambili ng piyesa agad hehehe...

kaya kapag nakita niyo na bago na ang handlebars ko ibig sabihin ako ang nanalo wehehehe....

hahaha tama yan joolz sa umaga ang rice tapos try mo oatmeal sa gabi..bilis baba cholesterol level mo niyan hehehe...

dapat wag ka muna kumain. antayin mo magtimbang..no food or liquid intake para bawas timbang...fasting ka muna

Kaya lang mga pre, baka sa kaka fasting lalo bumigat si Joolz hehe.

Don't eat less, eat right.

Pre habang nag training ok lang mag Softdrinks kasi carbs yan. Hindi necessary na magbawas ng carbs masyado habang nag eensayo dahil kailangan mo ng gas (masusunog). Kung kakapusin ng carbs na sinusunog ang katawan mo baka mag conserve yan resulta mo tataba ka lalo.

Eto take ko dyan, gradual mo bawasan ang rice, gradual din ang bawas ng yosi (tataba ka kung titigil ka agad). Tapangan mo kape mo din at taasan mo ang level at intensity ng ensayo mo. Huwag mo bawasan ang intake, taasan mo ang exertion mo.

Plus pre kulang ka sa protina kailangan ng muscles mo yan kaya ka siguro mabagal ka mag recover. Mag mongo ka kasama sa diet mo.

If all fails bilhin mo hydroxycut ko hehe may parating ako.

kumaen nako ng KFC kagabe hmmm hot crispy chicken at santambak na gravy hehehehe...

natakot ako sa napag usapan namin ni dada magmumukha ka daw panda kapag wala ka talagang meat sa katawan iitim daw yun paligid ng mga mata mo gaya ng nangyare sa kanya....

balik ako fish at chicken nalang kasi kulang talga ang bagal ko mag recover kapag nag ensayo or naglaro inaabot ng ilang araw dati isang tulog lang ok na ulit...

nakayanan ko nman ang vegan siguro itutuloy ko siya pero once a week may white meat day naman ako hehehehe.,...

pat haharkor exercise ako this week hhehehehe... MWF exercises TTHSS trials naman hehehe

Ok yan exercises pre pero baka malaspag ka...kung talagang pinoproblema mo ang diet pang trials tingnan mo diet ng swimmer na nakaraming gold na malaki ang tenga.

Bro dapat matikman nyo ang vegetable mussakka ng Persia, dude lasang karne without attempting to be a meat substitute. Magluto ako nun kung magpabinyag ako soon. Punta kayo ha, i se-set ko palang pero malamang di tayo makapagbike hehe.
