parang gusto ko din magkaron ng isa, mod. pero close to no budget to. tulong naman sa pagdesign ng low budget rig. my mga 2 idea ako para maka tipid husgahan nyo nalang at batuhan ng suhestiyon. para narin to sa mga iba pa na gusto pasukin yung sport pero tight on the budget.

-pafabricate ng steel frame, (anong frame pwede kopyahin, with nice geo)
pwede ba ordinary steel o dapat cromo...
-ordinary bmx threaded hubs and sprocket

may alam kayo cheap or affordable parts na pwede i apply sa trials. post nyo nalang...
salamat.

PostSubject: Re: trials budget build (tipid meal setup)   Fri Apr 25, 2008 11:57 pm

hehe.

mukang wala yata talagang close to no budget rig or tipid meal set up. (lower than 7K)

mukang scratch n ang cromo frame, masyadong maraming down side.

ang tingin kong best move is to get the bts price list, then pick the best low cost components(frame).

Isang solution din yung gagamit ng mixed components ie MTB parts as opposed to trials specific, as long as trials specific ang geometry mo. Downside: weight issue.

sir joolz!

matagal pa ako stay dito sa manila, kaya may time pa kyo mag-ipon. hehe:)
in the mean time, praktis muna sa existing rig nyo.
