If you are really interested, speak to yourself one-on-one...If you feel you'll progress more on mod go for mod...But if you think Stock will give you more advantage Stock it is...But if 24" would make you feel and ride better, what are you waiting for? Come on built one and join the club of the chosen few...Good luck on your built...PS: don"t forget to post picture if it is done...
